In January, we launched our Tuesday dinner series with seasonally inspired menus each week, featuring a different theme per month. Chef de Cuisine Armand Toutaint continues the popular series with a focus on shellfish for the month of April. Expect to find dishes such as Jonah crab crusted tenderloin, mussels stew, and lobster bisque on the menu.
Each prix fixe menu includes an appetizer, entree & dessert and is $45pp with wine pairing optional; served on Tuesday evenings from 5pm - 10pm.
